Print Editions & Operations Manager in Tallinn/Estonia

MGXS is looking for a Print Editions & Operations Manager to help bring digital art into the physical world. Based in Tallinn, Estonia, this role sits at the heart of our mission: translating generative and AI-driven artworks into high-quality, limited-edition prints and delivering them to collectors across the globe. We're after someone with a sharp operational mind, an eye for detail, and a genuine appreciation for what it means to handle art with care.


The Role

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of MGXS print editions in Tallinn / Estonia, from coordinating production with suppliers to managing our online store and ensuring every order reaches its collector in perfect condition. This is a hands-on, independent role with real ownership over a growing physical product business.


Responsibilities

Print Production

  • Coordinate production of fine art prints and limited editions.

  • Liaise with print suppliers and vendors in Estonia and the EU.

  • Define and maintain paper types, formats, finishes, and packaging standards.

  • Conduct quality control on all produced prints.

  • Manage inventory levels and plan reprints.

ONLINE STORE (SHOPIFY)

  • Day-to-day management of the MGXS online store.

  • Upload new editions with descriptions and pricing.

  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behaviour.

  • Coordinate product launches and edition drops.

ORDER FULFILLMENT & LOGISTICS

  • Process and fulfill customer orders globally.

  • Manage premium, brand-aligned packaging.

  • Coordinate shipping partners (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • Optimise shipping costs, delivery times, and customs handling.

  • Handle returns, lost shipments, and delivery issues.


OPERATIONS & INVENTORY

  • Maintain real-time inventory tracking.

  • Forecast demand for print editions.

  • Manage studio and warehouse storage.

  • Develop operational workflows and documentation.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Handle customer support for orders, shipping, and product inquiries.

  • Ensure a premium collector experience aligned with MGXS’ brand.

  • Maintain a communication tone consistent with MGXS’ artistic identity.


What we're looking for

REQUIRED

  • Experience in e-commerce operations (Shopify or similar).

  • Background in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain management.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in print production or art handling.

  • Interest in generative, digital, or contemporary art.

  • Familiarity with limited editions or collectibles.

  • Knowledge of international shipping and customs.


Compensation

Compensation: ~€1,000 / month + performance incentives.
Type: Part-time / contractor.
Trial period: 6 months.
Setup: Hybrid/on-site (Tallinn).
